Diana, the instructor for Flow 2, was AMAZING! Her teaching was embodied in the movement and sequencing of the flow, and it was challenging yet grounding. Fantastic teacher!

The facility was SO amazing. Great job. Loved the habit and spell casting class. Teacher was upbeat and funny. If doing again it would be cool to incorporate a short quiet (even 2-3 minute) meditation before we wrote out our intention. Would have loved quiet as the class wa mostly lecture.
