I like the consistently good instruction, the yoga room and the ability to take a shower with lots of locker room and sink space.
6:00 am flow with Aspen is never easy, but always worth it. She is poised and prepared for every class. This latest practice was designed around the moon and letting go of bad energy. It was very fluid and connected, the music was just right, and she led us to find our own pace and peace. The morning desk person (I'm embarrassed I don't know her name) is friendly, lovely, and observant.
