Visiting from Portland I attended AY 2 and Hot 26. Great facility and teachers. Really enjoyed it!
You guys rock - always fun, demanding, yet beneficial classes taught by knowledgeable & fun instructors. In terms of the facility, nobody in town can touch AYC on cleanliness, ZEN and quality air filtration/humidification system.
Sara is a great teacher. She keeps an eye on everyone in the class, and gives helpful cues. She has a good handle on room temperature, keeping it nice and hot without going overboard or blasting us with cold air.
