I love going to your studio! However, I must say that I don’t understand why the spaces are so close together. I think that it takes away from the overall experience when you can’t physically do the pose the teacher is instructing you to do because your hitting your neighbor... I call it ‘head in neighbors butt pose’.
Anchorage yoga gets my mind right
I love Melanie's classes! It was just the right combination of challenging and rejuvenating. I love her sense of humor and how it allows me to be myself and relax into, and be courageous in my yoga practice. I especially enjoyed the poem that she read during savasana by Mary Oliver. It followed me though my whole day. Thank you Anchorage Yoga and Melanie!
