A great alternative to continue yoga practice when unable to go to the studio

Thank you for bringing us online classes. This is HUGE during this time. I work at a hospital so having this gives me some relief
The virtual class was great. I hope you keep this as an option after all the madness ends. It’s nice to be able to practice at home when it’s not possible to leave kids to attend a class at the studio.
