Christa's deep stretch class is absolutely amazing! I have missed stretching and after her class, I felt so much better!
You guys rock! One request... my daughter is considered high risk for COVID, once studio classes resume, could AY continue the online classes in addition to the studio classes? So people have choices?

I’ve been practicing yoga at AY since the beginning. After my first class (Rick’s Hot 26) I was hooked. The teachers are all amazing and I leave class with a full and happy heart. I work on the slope now and don’t get to go as much as I’d like, but when I’m in town it’s the first place I go. I love the virtual classes because After working 12 hrs/day 7 days/week, my body needs yoga more than anything! Thank you for all you do in Cultivating Love!!!
