AYC teachers all consistently excel with instruction, creating a sense of community, respecting diversity and celebrating All people’s expression and spectrum of reasons for practicing yoga, welcoming all bodies, shared humanity, communicating kindness for oneself and our shared common humanity. AYC staff have been Amazing offering classes to meet needs both virtually and accommodations for protocols top-notch for health safety during COVID 19 challenges. AYC is a life-saver!
