I found the exercises very beneficial. Star is very knowledgeable and definitely dedicated to her skills
it's the most welcoming and cozy yoga studio I know. Katie is the best yoga instructor I know. they know each of us by name, isn't it amazing!
Loving the serenity and focus of being back in Bikram yoga class
I joined this deep stretch class via zoom in Fairbanks Alaska. I'm not finding many yin and restorative options in Fairbanks these days, and was so happy I could make one on Star's classes. She cues poses so well. I LOVED the neck articulation sequence she did. Sounds like she'll be subbing this class for the next month! I'm signed up for tomorrow and looking forward to it. I've taken Star's classes in person when I've visited Anchorage, so it was nice takiing cues from a teacher I've practiced with before. Thanks so much for making classes available in a covid-safe way!
