I love Anchorage Yoga. Not only is it clean and tasteful inside but the owner who teaches my favorite class is hands down the best I have ever had. I can’t even describe all the different ways in which she makes the whole yoga experience not just physically challenging and fulfilling but mentally and spiritually strengthening and fulfilling at the same time. I joke that this is better than therapy, but for real, it makes me feel amazing inside and out. If I ever had to leave anchorage I would miss this place more than anywhere else.
