Experienced teachers. High quality sequencing and cues. I wish there were adjustments, but maybe it’s a COVID thing.
Joshua was a knowledgeable instructor. He also demonstrated gentleness while still being extremely motivating. Such a great overall experience!

I love the ambiance of the lobby & studio, the friendliness of the staff and kindness of the instructors. The locker room is beautiful, well-stocked, clean and spacious. I've only been to three classes so far, but all three have been top notch. Looking forward to integrating myself more into the classes and community.
