Absolutely loved the class. The instructor had me laughing so often, I can’t say I’ve ever done that in years of practice.

Rick and hot yoga is a great experience
Rick is so amazing! I loved his Hot Yoga class. It took everything I know and love about Bikram and filled in the things it’s missing, like a bit more core and arm work. Also his curs were really good and helped me to improve several of my postures.
The instructor is entertaining and makes yoga fun and relaxing. Thank you.
