1st time back to hot yoga post-covid. it was tough, but I stayed in the room and am thrilled to be back.

Such a welcome and inclusive experience. And I left feeling great. Aspen’s classes always seem to target what my body needs while kicking butt at the same time.

Your studio is phenomenal. Only thing I would change is to standardize giving out the cold wet lavender towels after hot yoga. I had it during one morning class which was seriously amazing (probably made the best yoga experience ever) but then never got the towel again after that one class. It’s the nice finishing touch that will for sure make you the #1 studio in Anchorage and get even more returning customers. I would probably even buy a more consistent membership if the cooking towels were there every class.
