Angie is a great instructor. Her flows are well planned, she provides meaningful feedback and alternatives to help individuals progress in their practice and become more self-aware. And I love her music.
Of course, the studio itself is well maintained, clean, and the employees are always kind and friendly. Would and do recommend AY to anyone interested in yoga because of the quality of the instructors and variety they bring to the practice.

The staff is still great, but I am disappointed that we can no longer reserve our spot for classes. Please change that policy back to what it was.
