I'm a reluctant newcomer. I'm physically active but bad at stretching; I have arthritis and shoulder injury issues, and I'm 75 years old. Amanda was especially understanding and also very encouraging. When I decide on which class to drop in on next, you'll hear from me. And I'm thinking that I would be interested in signing up for a course once I find a place that best fits my current needs.
