Loved the intimate space and felt in good company with the owner, instructor, and other students. I thought Heather was a great instructor and it was totally worth the drive down from Bangor. :)
The space was wonderful, the new yoga form introduced just right for where I am in my life. The host (Sheila) was grounded, hospitable, and gracious.
I have very little experience with yoga but from the two times I've gone to Ananda I have found that the instructors were quite good. I just don't have anything to compare it to really.
McKenzie was fantastic. We are looking forward to coming back.
