Great experience
Amanda guides us through the smoothest sequence of asanas, slowly building to the culmination pose, which is always something fun and challenging. The music, the atmosphere, the community, and the expert guidance though the creative and flowing sequence of poses (which include offered modifications so it's accessible to all) make this class an obvious 10/10, every time. 🥰
