Great location and gentle yoga
The instruction is excellent- every level of practitioner can partitcipate. The pacing is spot on and the setting is beautiful.

Mackenzie's vinyasa flow is such a pillar of my self care! The way that she guides us through practice feels so fluid, it's like a graceful dance.
I love the physical space, the variety of classes, and most of all the teachers. The studio attracts a very nice clientele. Practicing at Ananda is pure pleasure.
