Diana is a great teacher and I'm so grateful her Tuesday noon class fits with my work schedule!!
Erin was amazing. It was a live stream and I think it must be a challenge to project that energy thru mobile device. I was impressed with her directions and she kept me motivated. If my joints can handle it....I'll be back next week.

Anahata is more than a yoga studio. It's a place where I can dedicate time to me. The instructors are amazing and I have never walked out of a class disappointed!
