I love the zen atmosphere, the inscense burning, the mentally calming environment that the teachers create. I love the different levels and types of yoga offered. Can't rave enough about this place! I've referred everyone I know who's interested in yoga to this studio!
Jill is an excellent yoga teacher, the class is well designed, she encourages and supports all capabilities, & the studio members feel like family members!
I❤️the thoughtful flow of Jill's class. Her calming voice , with inspirational quotes and thoughts to bring our attention on what to focus on the mat. Bringing all things back to our breath. Peace filled and renewed in purpose. Grounded after her class. Beautiful☮️💟
