The studio is welcoming, the community friendly and Bianca the yoga teacher the best. She is aware of all the students and offers alternative poses for those who want to do more and those who want to do less. There is never any judgment so one feels comfortable trying all poses. I love attending this studio and would highly recommend the classes to beginners, intermediates and those who have an advanced yoga practice. There is something for everybody.
