First time taking a yoga class. Was a little nervous, had never been to the studio, didn't know anyone. Didn't know what to expect. From the moment Barbara the instructor opened the door I felt welcomed and comfortable! The class was amazing! The instructor was amazing. It was exactly what my body, mind and soul needed! I can't wait to take the class again and explore new classes too!
