A relaxing yoga session with an instructor that was open and receptive to everyone's needs. She was kind and supportive. It's an inclusive studio that made me feel welcome and able to participate regardless of my ability level.

The community that Bianca has gathered around Amador Yoga is so so wonderful. I had fallen out of my regular practice for almost a year and I felt encouraged and empowered to come back to yoga in a really sustainable way.
