Great instructor
This was an alignment class taught by Jo. I did not know what to expect and absolutely loved it. The teacher took time to show and explain each pose. Jo checked in with every student to ensure they were in the correct position and helped them if they were not. Jo also explained exactly what each pose was targeting and the why. The class was demanding, different and enjoyable. I will definitely be taking this class again. I highly recommend this class and yoga teacher Jo.
