Amador yoga is a great studio, the instructors are very knowledgeable and they don't make you feel intimidated. The classes are open to all levels.
It is a clean, comfortable studio, with a lot of positive energy.
The class I attended was an alignment class taught by Jo! Jo is an amazing instructor! She is very knowledgeable, really this is an anatomy class. Jo names each area of your body as you learn how to use each area as it should be used! The class is challenging but rewarding! I 100 percent recommend this class.
The yoga nidra & sound bath with Bianca and Lauren was amazing!
Some of the classes are free. Especially for me as a single working mom, I can't afford much, and I truly appreciate this opportunity.
