I enjoyed the class because: 1. It was a small class size. 2. It was a comfortable temperature in the room, so I did not suffer from heat exhaustion. 3. I could hear the teacher. Since I'm hard of hearing, I cannot understand the teacher instructions at other venues. 4. The class was basic and slow paced so I could keep up. Usually I feel inept when they do power yoga and I'm left behind. 5. The people were friendly even though it was my first time at Amador yoga. 6. I liked the teachers at both sessions I attended.
It was calm, the instructor was a regular joe not a tall slim muscular commercial
