I think Bianca is one of the best yoga leaders/coaches/teachers I have ever encountered. She gives her full attention to the class and constantly gives extremely helpful verbal cues to help the class get the most out of each posture and stretch. I appreciate the fact that she travels a long distance to lead classes in West Point, a location that is very convenient for me.
