Lydia is a great teacher and her love of the Lord shows in her devotion and her commitment to prayer. I really enjoyed a peaceful time to pray and relax.

Lydia was a great teacher! For my first class I enjoyed the music, the teaching, the group activity and I felt comfortable in the room. I felt safe and like if I couldn't do something I wouldn't be judged.
I will highly recommend the class and be back for the next one.
