Everyone and everything about appointment was great -- including the one mistake that was made scheduling me for longer than I had asked for. It was needed -- how was I or anyone else to know! Sims made my husband comfortable while he waited -- not an easy task -- and I hit is off with Gillian like we were picking up a friendly conversation from last week. Work that was done (electrolysis) superlatively performed. I'll be back. This is worth every penny.
