Gillian was fantastic. First time having electrolysis and she put my mind at ease and talked me through everything. I had a second appointment scheduled with her for continuation of treatment, but when her appt after me cancelled she asked if I wanted to stay and continue instead of having to come back. Very accommodating. Highly recommend
