Great yoga studio, I love going there. It's hard to know what to expect from each class though. Lots of teachers rotating through and they don't interpret "vinyasa" or "power" the same. Most consistent is the 26 postures, otherwise you never know what kind of class it will be!
Love this studio! Alex was an incredible instructor, loved her class last night.
Alex does a great job of guiding the class through various vinyasa flows. She is easy to follow along with from warm up to final stretches.
