This is the first organized activity that my 5 year old daughter agreed to and it has surpassed both of our expectations. She has been teaching me about poses and what they mean. She is learning about her body and gaining confidence. The teaching style allows fun and creativity. And I get some time for me. My favorite part is seeing her in Zen mode when I pick her up. Taylor is amazing making all the children feel comfortable. The lessons she learns begins in the class and continues in our home. What a great option for children and families. Thank you for providing this opportunity.
