The staff are great, facilities clean, ambience serene.
I absolutely loved the teacher and her thorough explanation of each pose and attention to detail. The woman at the counter made me feel welcome and there was a positive energy in general.
I'm fairly new to yoga and have several physical challenges that I face when doing yoga. From day one Stefanie made me feel comfortable and cared for. I have never once felt subconscience or worried about if I wasn't "good enough." I leave yoga feeling nurtured and encouraged and energized. If I could go every day I would, and I tell everyone who will sit still long enough, just that!!
