Yoga at Alpine is a relaxing, rejuvenating and spiritual experience-I always leave feeling better than when I arrived! The instructors are fantastic!

Each Instructor brings their own take on the class. I learn something new about myself and my ability to do the yoga positions in almost every class. I enjoy the kindness of the instructors and understanding that some days I cannot do what's being asked, and I also appreciate their knowing when to correct or slightly push us to the next level.
