• I enjoy going to the gym because I think it's doing me good. It has a very pleasant and positive atmosphere and everyone is friendly and helpful. Since I've been having trouble with my hip, I've been able to talk to the girls and they've listened to my story and tried to give me some sensible advice. I really appreciate being able to talk to sensitive listeners. (Thanks especially to Allison.) The physio has given me some exercises to strengthen my hip muscles and I find that I'm already doing a lot of them on the Aliento machines.

• Caring, friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming environment, clean equipment, well organised setting. Staff knowledgeable and took into account my personal/individual needs. I appreciated there was no "hard sell". Other ladies who were using the equipment were friendly and shared very positive comments about their experiences at Aliento. I am looking forward to continuing.
