• Am thrilled with whole concept … exercise regime, such lovely staff who are always so friendly and willing to advise/help, nothing ever seems to be a problem including times when I’ve needed to suspend my membership… no explanation needed or questions asked; always so understanding and obliging. The social interaction with the other ladies is great too; lots of chatting, laughs while “working out”, a great atmosphere and some lovely friendships made 😊
