• Alexandria Massage Therapy employs extremely skilled and knowledgeable staff, has plenty of appointment times and is flexible with scheduling. The value for the money is amazing. I have been getting sports massages for years and have tried tons of therapy studios in the northern Virginia area and Alexandria Massage Therapy (and Leslie specifically) has been the most effective treatment for increasing range of motion, releasing toxins, release of fascia tightness, reducing muscle stiffness and soreness, and fostering healthy alignment.
