• The cryotherapy helps me recover after training sessions with the military USA World Cup Soccer Team. Three minutes in the cryo machine is better than 12 minutes in an ice bath. I feel the muscles and joints are getting the treatment they need.

• Yes, it was a great experience and a welcoming atmosphere . I also appreciated the reassurance and education of why I was there. Right now, knowing that cryo with help decrease inflammation by clearing toxins and supply oxygen and enriched blood to stimulate cellular regeneration makes me feel like I'm in the right direction to heal my body after the marathon. I plan to go back, loved it!
