• My friends recommended me to go try cryotherapy after I ran my first full marathon. I said why not, I've heard good things about it but I won't lie, I was nervous. It was the best thing I could of done. Very clean and welcoming. I ended up buying the 4 session package. Looking forward to going back :-)
