Wednesday drumming class is my favorite class of the week! Also I would love if 8 AM Hatha classes were scheduled everyday of the week at Ahimsa.

Beginner's yoga is so wonderful. I like the accessible prompts and corrections and the overall experience. The room was very full, but I think everyone managed to find a workable space thanks to some shifting. I went home and told my husband about the class hoping he will join me sometime. I think it would be the perfect intro to yoga for him since its basic but well done and there are other men in the class.
