I love the yoga at Ahimsa, but it's so cold in the studio. The power yoga studio only has the one format for class, (I have zero interest in sculpt with weights--this just seems like core powers business model) which I don't care for, and you can hear the crossfit people screaming so loud that it drowns out the instructor. I wish the 12:45 class I had yesterday was in the warm room and then I'd have given your score a 12.

The space is beautiful, the teacher was amazing! She added elements of essential oils and gongs that really elevated the experience
