Oh my goodness, I refer everyone to Ahimsa! My home away from home. It really does feel like second home to me. I have benefited from my years. I can't even tell you how much I have benefited from Ahimsa! My life has changed so much for the better. I've become stronger physically and emotionally, balanced and more centered. The instructors and desk staff are fabulous. They are welcoming, friendly and so gifted in their teaching. Love!

I love Ahimsa and have been practicing here for a couple of years. I've been practicing mostly online in the last year and look forward to getting some in person back on my schedule to check out the new studio! I love all the instructors with special call outs to Julie, Christine, Lilamayi, and Lauren. I'm a return practitioner with these ladies' classes.
