The studio is clean, spacious and inviting and I've never popped in to a new class that I didn't enjoy. I cant say that about other places I drop in.

Instructors are top rate. The community & vibe of the studio are just right for me to feel comfortable. Positive and uplifting. No pressure but there are frequent prompts for me to try new things and reap new benefits. I feel very flexible & less stressed after each class.
