I choose a 10 because the teachers at Ahimsa really dive into the depths of yoga. The teachers implement both modern and traditional teachings of yoga. It's just so good to take classes there. I always feel both energetic and calm at the same time. There are not many yoga studios like Ahimsa in my area, I'm truly grateful I found this studio. I definitely give them a 10 plus!
