Clean, beautiful, minimalist style studio with bolsters, blankets and blocks available. Very calming atmosphere. Loved the instructor and the patrons. Great energy.
I like the option of Slow flow/deep stretch and Caitlin is an amazing teacher!
Great class options for beginners and I like that classes are meditative and not fitness-focused.
