I have never felt comfortable in a gym setting-super awkward, felt silly for not knowing what I was doing, etc. Actualize has been an entirely different experience in all the best ways. The trainers are so helpful and encouraging. I tell everyone I know about this place 🤣 thanks for all you do!

The instructor was very welcoming, and gave plenty of options for easier or more advanced moves. This was the first class I've taken so I was pretty nervous, but they made a very welcoming environment. I would love to go again
