Love the programming and modifications if needed. I especially appreciate the prescribed workouts instead of worrying about what part I need to work on. Just tell me what to do. I appreciate the Coaches and the time taken to correct incorrect posture or giving the extra push when they know I can do more. I am loving the extra times and later times if classes as well. No members have egos and the environment is safe. Love love love you all!
