ACT publicizes the important message that everyone is human and deserves to be treated equally in regards to everything. Everyone deserves love, joy, comfort, and safety. I believe ACT stands by their words and I believe this message is important for everyone to hear, especially in our current times. Businesses becoming political for what is right and needed is necessary right now. Besides the importance of publicizing this message, I also love ACT for their class variety and their giving teachers.

Every teacher (and member) at ACT makes me feel confident taking classes in a group setting. I'm pushed out of my comfort zone enough to grow AND to get me excited to come back! The classes have been great for my physical health, but my mental health has improved greatly as well and I believe I have these classes to thank!
