I have been practicing yoga for past 25 years. By far it is the most exquisite studio i have ever been. The reformer room is soothing. The hour long class goes by so fast for the mere fact that the teachers make it fun and exciting. The yoga studio sound system is beyond awesome. The vibe of the entire studio creates a bond like with fellow members. ACT is a very welcoming studio. Coming from a germ phoebe, this studio is beyond clean, and they take every precaution to make it covid free!!!Megan!!
