• The only reason not a 10 is the hallway to the bathroom. Sometimes people sitting there feel awkwArd having people move around them and then it's awkward for everyone. Also the drinking water is tap water not reverse osmosis or purified. Otherwise my experience is always good

• The basics: clean, updated, well stocked. The staff is very friendly and it's such a peaceful space. Love that there are plenty of fluffy white towels and nice shower rooms with the essentials. I go for the sauna and it's well maintained. So nice to have sandals at the door so no street shoes past the front door. Clean! Bonus: Competitive pricing, parking,
