We tried this place out for the first time today and it was WONDERFUL. We did the Detox which is a 45 minute session that detoxes everything from your foot in this foot bath. It's disgusting what you see that comes out of your body but so effect!
The price is honestly reasonable for the quality service you get and it's truly a spa experience. I can't wait to go back and get mor detoxes and other services!
I would definitely recommend this to everyone I know, this place is really great. Customer service is great and the services are truly wonderful and worth the hype!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 30, 2018Previous reviewWe tried this place out for the first time today and it was WONDERFUL. This spa has ever you can think of. Facials, massage, wraps, waxing, an oxygen bar, and float tanks. I spent an hour in the float tank. They have foam noodles and headrests to help you get comfy. And the bathroom even has a heated toilet seat for your tushie!
The hour in the tank went by faster than I expected and I'm already wanting another hour! I left feeling all warm and cozy and completely renewed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - AmyRae D.Denver, CO157124112Mar 25, 2019
My boss/CEO is a very lovely and generous person and she gave us all gift cards to A New Spirit to use towards whatever service we wanted. I decided to use it for a massage and was not disappointed.
I will definitely be going back. I wish I could remember who did my massage--she was great.
I loved the feel of the place. It felt relaxing and classy but not pretentious at all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Meghan D.Wheat Ridge, CO22125151Apr 21, 2019
Greeted by Priscilla.
She took such good care of us.
Came here to celebrate my best friends birthday and for some much needed R&R.
Great float experience. Never felt rushed. Fair prices. Professional staff.
My friend and I are coming back!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jennifer O.Madeira, AZ4307Jul 17, 2016
I had a hot stone massage and it was excellent except getting burnt towards the end of it by the hot stone was just a little too hot for my skin to handle. I was just very confused the whole time..
I walked in and no one was there until 10 mins of waiting in the lobby.. I didn't know whether or not to take my shoes off or what.. They knew it was my first time but they never gave me a tour or anything.
After my massage my therapist told me the spa was all mine but I had no clue where I was allowed to go or what I was allowed to use.. The sauna was sitting there and I wanted to go in it but wasn't sure if I was allowed or if it was extra. Only two bathrooms.. I had a hot oil massage and was covered in massage oil and would of loved to shower but they were taken and I had to use the staffs bathroom where they had stuff everywhere.. It took away from my experience there.
Would I go back?
Yes.. But I just wish they would be more attentive.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amanda B.Oracle, AZ114Sep 19, 2019

So awesome finding an all-in-one spa that feels like I went to separate specialized Individuals. Professional, clean, and very accommodating. We did the 90min massage, 30min floating, infrared sauna, and foot detox. All of this was EXTREMELY affordable too! So good I want to open a place like this myself in my hometown.

We just landed in Colorado, and wanted to do anything and everything we can to NOTget altitude sickness with us being sea bees (living at sea level). This place was great. Very zen and relaxing after a very long flight! Great customer service . We did the oxygen bar where we mixed 5 different "flavors" of oxygen basically like herbs and essential vitamins &minerals to help boost our oxygen levels and I would say .... it REALLY REALLY helped us especially on our drive that day from Denver to Aspen! It gave us a nice energy boost and though I still got a slight headache, I feel like if I didn't stop here it would of been worse.
**we are going to try to come back before our trip to finish off with one of the famous floats here they raced about and what ever person wanted as they walked in after us. :)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 10, 2018Previous reviewWe just landed in Colorado, and wanted to do anything and everything we can to NOTget altitude sickness with us being sea bees (living at sea level). This was such a joke of a "spa" experience. First of all, not to be too picky, but the front desk girl was the epitome of second-rate -- there was a sign at the front door that says, "Feel free to kick off your shoes" or something like that. It doesn't politely advise you that this is mandatory in any way. So, when we were led to our float rooms, she looked at my friend and me and says, "Ummm can you please remove your shoes?" We obviously apologized right away but then adds to it to say, "well, there's a sign that says to". Girlfriend, your entire job is to get guests checked in properly. She never really offered us a drink, nor did she show us around. It made us feel somewhat embarrassed and unwelcome. It was like we were supposed to know where to go and what to do even though she KNEW it was our first time at this "spa".
Later, right before my hour soak was up, she didn't knock on the door and I was just standing naked in the room drying off. Who does that?! Knock, see if anyone answers, THEN enter! I've seen other reviews with the same complaint and that the owner just gets defensive so it's not worth trying to educate these people it seems. Also, again, some other reviewer noted how cheap the robes were--you can see your nipples through the material! Come on! You're amongst strangers and you want to feel comfortable! I just feel like this was NOT a spa experience.
With that said, my friend's massage was apparently amazing with Dana. I don't even remember the name of mine, it was so unpeaceful--the therapist talked the entire time about her uncommunicative boyfriend, and was SO erratic in where she would concentrate her massage. It was probably one of the worst I've had in a while and I get regular massages. Granted, she was so sweet, but the whole experience was unrelaxing and I think the first words out of my mouth after I left were, "wow, I don't think I've had a massage that bad in a while." I just can't in good conscience recommend this place but it was worth a try with it being in the neighborhood.
TRUST me when I say this-- pay a little more and go to WOODHOUSE! And if it weren't for the fact that my friend got me a gift certificate, I never would have gone. Disappointing.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Marjorie P.Rochester, NY04Aug 28, 2019
Like a couple of other reviewers, I've had a good experience here when it comes to services, prices, and wonderful staff, especially Priscilla - but the owner is another story. I'd give the place five stars if it weren't for my experiences (and my husband's as well!) with the owner.
Priscilla wasn't there one time and the owner did our foot detox, which we have gotten routinely for two years. I was given a long lecture about my diet, not that the owner knows the first thing about it. She didn't get the water hot enough for my feet but I grew so tired of the lecture I didn't bother mentioning this, I just wanted to be left in peace. Then this morning there was a wet spot outside the bathroom and since the floor there is painted dark and the area is not lit, my husband slipped and fell. He is 77 and fortunately none of his injuries are serious, but he does have some. The owner became extremely defensive and came out with another lecture. She did not apologize until he broke into the lecture and DEMANDED an apology. And he is not a demanding person. Clearly she was much more concerned about whether we'd sue her than she was about his welfare. Eventually she brought him some ice packs and those helped some. She also began dropping fluffy little bath mats throughout the area in front of us while we sat for our foot detox, claiming she already had "so many" mats out, but she'd put out more. There wasn't a single mat in sight when he fell. We will not be going back, though we'll miss Priscilla.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
